Managing Partner, Independent Auditor, CPA
Hasan holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance Teacher Training from Gazi University. He continued his academic journey at Sakarya University's Institute of Business Administration, where he earned his master’s degree in 2019 with a thesis titled “Analysis of Special Cases that are Encountered at Company Valuation.” Hasan later pursued further education and professional experience in London, completing his second master’s degree (MSc) in Investment Management from the University of Surrey, UK, in 2024.
Fluent in English, Hasan brings over 15 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting, and consultancy. He has developed deep expertise in financial regulations, particularly within R&D and Technoparks. His extensive experience allows him to offer financial management solutions to a wide range of clients, from early-stage startups to large international companies. Hasan provides strategic support to help businesses optimize their financial operations and navigate complex regulatory compliance successfully.
Outside of his professional life, Hasan is passionate about cycling and exploring new places. He is a lifelong Beşiktaş fan in Türkiye and continues to support Fulham FC during his time in the UK.
